Mission
To develop the teachers quality by organizing (FDP) Faculty Development Programme from time to time and to introduce new technology in the class room teaching through LCD projectors and smart boards and allow the students positive platform to present their views through seminars and symposiums. The college has taken initiative to attend workshop on NEP 2020 organize by the university & different educational institutions.
Vision
The Vision of the Jharkhand College is to impart Quality education to the most down trodden and backward area students of the locality with affordable fee and to produce graduates with social commitment and with good graduate attributes. Now the college has clear vision to continue the T.L.M Process followed by the NEP 2020.
